Safety Passport resources - retired
The Safety Passport program has been retired, however if you still require the material, you can find it here.
The documents contain lesson plans, sample and blank worksheets, and assessment records of the retired SmartMove Safety Passport program. All documents are kept in their original version. SmartMove Safety Passport resources remain the property of the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety, Western Australia. Educators have permission to download, modify and use this resource in the classroom as long as the original source is acknowledged.
If you are planning to use the Safety Passport, we recommend that you open the document (For Student / For Educator) and download any other supporting material by going to the links provided within the document(s).
