Safety Passport resources - discontinued
The Safety Passport program has been retired, however if you still require the material, you can find it here.
The documents contain sample and blank worksheets, lesson plans and assessment sheets of the retired SmartMove Safety Passport program. All documents are kept in their original version. SmartMove Safety Passport resources remain the property of the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety, Western Australia. Educators have permission to download, modify and use these resources in the classroom as long as the original source is acknowledged.

- Safety Passport Program – this file is the offline version of the online lessons within the Safety Passport Program. It contains lesson plans, sample and blank worksheets, and assessment records. All documentation remains the property of the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety (DMIRS), Western Australia. Educators have permission to download, modify and use this resource in the classroom as long as the original source is acknowledged.
- Safety Passport Supplemental Activities – this file contains over seventy offline classroom activities and lessons designed to support the Safety Passport program. It contains lesson plans, sample and blank worksheets. Many of the activities are modified from an original document Choices for Life and are used with the permission of WorkSafeNB, Canada. All documentation remains the property of the Department of Commerce, Western Australia. Educators have permission to download, modify and use this resource in the classroom as long as the original source is acknowledged.
- Safety Passport Assessment Guide & Evidence Tools – this integrated mapping document outlines how the Safety Passport and Certificate programs address each competency from the unit BSBWHS201 (Contribute to Health and Safety of Self and Others)*. Included also is a practical workplace evidence guide and assessment checklist, and evidence tools for each of the eight Safety Passport lessons.
* BSBWHS201 has been superseded by BSBWHS211 which is covered in the new SmartMove Certificate.
